warzone2100 has
Build-Depends: ..., gpu-basis-universal, ...
but that real or virtual package doesn't exist in Debian main, making
warzone2100 unbuildable. I encountered this while trying to rebuild-test
the package with libsdl2-dev provided by src:sdl2-compat from
experimental, but it's equally problematic in "pure" testing/unstable.
It looks as though gpu-basis-universal has been in NEW since October?
Please avoid uploading packages to unstable with dependencies that are
stuck in NEW: please prefer to either upload to experimental, or not
upload at all until the dependencies are satisfiable.
