Hello Pidgin maintainer,
please add the plugin lurch to the plugins of pidgin.
It is needed to support end-to-end encryption of messages.

The original source of lurch is https://github.com/gkdr/lurch that
worked up to Debian 11 (bullseye).
For Debian 12 and Debian 13 an new makefile is needed, see
https://github.com/gkdr/lurch/issues/191 for details.
