I ran into this bug when upgrading my system today. I created a fix [0] which seems to fix the bug and removes the dependency on mjpegtools. [0]: https://salsa.debian.org/gstreamer-team/gst-plugins-bad1.0/-/merge_requests/31 Cheers! Christopher Obbard
