Dear Maintainer,

My package is affected by the wrong naming of roman-numerals-py in sphinx
roman-numerals-py doesn't exist in Debian.

Upstream fixed the naming in
https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/commit/2c3e22e3e8e743960792647005fb71cbd1354969

Please add it to the current debian package.

There was no problem with version 8.1 of sphinx because this dependency didn't
exist at that time.
