Bug#343208: Unreproducible with 7.0.17-8

I have attempted to reproduce this bug with vim-full 7.0.17-8 and 
vim-gtk 7.0.17-8, and have been unable to.

cd
vim foo.cpp
^Z (suspend)
cd /etc
fg
Vim comes back up exactly as expected.

I suspect that the bug has been fixed in Vim 7.x.
