The alternative is to watch https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/releases 
instead of https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/tags

dt 5.4.0 should oficially get released (an appear at the former link) tomorrow, 
so might as well update and push everyhing together then. ;)

Is this what you consider the proper release?  Do you want me to upload
this as is (with the old version), or so you want me to upgrade to
latest upstream or leave it as is for the Uploaders of the package.  All
