ldc 1.42 beta 1 was released today with support for llvm 21: https://github.com/ldc-developers/ldc/releases
Alternatively, I think we could build ldc with llvm 19 temporarily to give us more time. (I did this in Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.) Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
