Dear Debian Bug Tracking System, I am writing to follow up on the adoption status of the package "fonts-stix" (Bug#1050247).
I noticed that an intent to adopt this package was expressed by abhishekdeshpande128 on April 30, 2025. However, more than 6 months have passed without further activity or uploads. Given the inactivity, I would like to consider the previous intent as out-of-date. I am writing to formally express my determination to adopt this package and maintain it within Debian. I have already started working on the packaging and have opened a Merge Request on Salsa. I will proceed with the necessary updates and fixes as discussed with other developers. Thank you.
