After installation of Debian 13.2 stable with GNOME desktop I noticed that
GNOME shell's top bar shows wrong local time (actually UTC instead). I
discovered that /etc/timezone file is missing which is unusual. After creating
/etc/timezone and adding my local time zone the time was correct. I reproduced
clean installation of 13.2 in GNOME Boxes and I confirm that /etc/timezone is
missing again and local time in GNOME top bar is wrong again.
