The patchwork tool doesn't seem to work any more: $ patchwork -Nshape=polygon -Tdot -o graph-patchwork.dot graph.dot There is no layout engine support for "patchwork" Use one of: dot dot is indeed the layout I passed as parameter. I also tried the unstable version with the same result, I had to revert to the version from stable.
