Bug#215038: courier-imap-ssl: Comments in /etc/courier/imap-ssl are out of place relative to the options they describe

I have recently taken over maintenance of the courier package.  I apologize 
that nobody responded to your bug report.  Can you confirm if this is still a 
problem with the current version of courier in Debian (1.4.1-10)?
