Bug#1121765: lintian is hallucinating about binary packages with thousands of warnings

Hmm, it doesn't seem like this is caused by recent changes in Lintian, 
as I can replicate the same behavior using lintian 104.0 (bullseye).

I can indeed replicate the issue on my Sid machine, but only with 
libgprofng0 >= 2.45. 2.44 (trixie) doesn't trigger this issue.

I guess something changed between 2.44 and 2.45? Investigating...
