Hi Helmut & Santiago, Santiago is correct and I even started on working on the qiime related packages. The recent bump to Python3.14 did not simplified things since Qiime upstream is allways lagging behind the latest Python3 version. We intend to update this anyway and this will probably happen at our sprint in the beginning of next year. Helmut, your effort is very appreciated in principle and I welcome your effort.
