Julian, I have converted this bug into the format that will put it on the list for removal from Debian Unstable. Sorry, we didn't really notice your bug and comments earlier.
This removal was also requested in https://bugs.debian.org/1071139 https://bugs.debian.org/1116484 The package was not included in Debian 13. It is still possible to remove packages from Debian 12.
