Dear Maintainer,

Tea does not open a file if the path to it contains Cyrillic characters.

Namely, for txt files in Dolphin, I add to open in Tea with the right mouse
button menu.
But if the absolute file path contains Cyrillic characters, the file will not
open in Tea.
If the path is in Latin, the file opens.
