That's just not a good enough level of support for a critical Debian
base-system component. I will escalate this matter if you continue to
maintain this position.

Not an option. This is standard Debian process. As maintainer you're
expected to follow it.

Please note that since you uploaded 1:10.3.0-2 and the version number of my
10.3.0-1.1 NMU is lower than that it will get auto-REJECTED by ftp-master
once it comes off the DEFERRED queue.

I've cancelled it anyhow, but please make more efficient use of my limited
Debian time in the future.

Seems you forgot to CC me on your responses. Please keep in mind that you
should CC everyone involved on bugs since the BTS doesn't copy the
submitter of bugs automatically (unfortunately).

Usually I should get copies via my tracker subscription, but it seems
that's broken right now. In any case you should no assume correspondents
are subscribed that way.
