xournal's last upstream release was in 2016. It still uses gtk2, but gtk2 has been unmaintained upstream for years. xournal's own homepage points to xournalpp as an alternative. Since that's packaged in Debian and uses gtk3, I think we should remove xournal from Debian. This was also suggested at https://bugs.debian.org/967832 Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
