Hi Antoine!

If you've ever tried to send files to/from your phone using Magic
Wormhole then you may have encountered this. Here's my WIP
documentation, which I've tested, with the exception of the TODO item
in the second branch:

-------------------------------------------------------------
To use Magic Wormhole for Debian with Destiny (Magic Wormhole for
Android), Destiny can be configured to use our infrastructure:

  Mailbox URL: ws://relay.magic-wormhole.io:4000/v1
  Transit Relay URL: tcp://magic-wormhole-transit.debian.net:4001"

or Magic Wormhole for Debian can be executed with these arguments:

  --relay-url ws://mailbox.mw.leastauthority.com/v1 <- TODO test this
  --transit-helper tcp:relay.mw.leastauthority.com:4001

--------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know if README.Debian support the multimaint format, and I wasn't sure
if that's where you wanted this info, which is why I've included a paste and
not a formal patch.

It's also the case that we ought to have an effort to make sure all Debian
Wormhole clients (ie: Wormhole William) are using the same relay and transit,
so they can talk to each other, and we ought to also add documentation like the
above for all of them. Imho. Otherwise it's a poor user experience of
interoperability hell where no client can talk to any other client.

Cheers,
Nicholas
