I've updated wstroke and uploaded it to mentors:

(It is actually my package, but I never got around to add it to salsa)
I'm looking into wf-shell and wcm, and they should be easy to update,
but uscan is tripping up on something that I don't quite understand, but
I'll open MRs once I figured it out.

Neither of them have any reverse dependencies, so removal from Debian
could be done instead.
