It's not wrong to use ldap_bind, but generally the documentation and doveconf
output prefers the minimal output. So the full setting name is
passdb_ldap_bind, but since it's inside passdb ldap { .. } it can be written as
just "bind".
But if you do this, change also ldap_filter -> filter. Otherwise it's
inconsistent. Same for userdb ldap.
