Control: reassign -1 pkg-haskell-tools Strictly speaking, it's also the case that 1120778 doesn't necessarily block this bug, because the MSDOS carriage returns could be stripped if `dht update` imported and converted a patch from the package-plan rather than copying it over unmodified. That seems like a risky solution to me.
