Hi guys,
Finally I detected who was the guilty.
Something , even myself, has modified my /etc/hosts adding this lines:

127.0.0.1 clients2.google.com
127.0.0.1 www.google-analytics.com
127.0.0.1 safebrowsing.google.com
127.0.0.1 metrics.edge.microsoft.com 

I delete those lines and Chrome works normally.
