I'll explain: The URL in the forwarded field, i.e. https://github.com/COMBINE-lab/salmon/issues/987 suggests this is a problem in external dependency pufferfish, and the debian/changelog has this old entry authored by you: salmon (1.10.1+ds1-1) unstable; urgency=medium [...] * Refresh external files from pufferfish So: You refreshed pufferfish files once (whatever that means), and most likely doing it again might fix this issue.
