Hi,

thanks for your contribution to iso-codes. I noticed that you updated the 
translations for Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey. However, they are the 
same as the English text (plain ASCII). I just wanted to know if this is 
intended, because all other translations in the Khmer file don't use plain 
ASCII but UTF-8 characters.

Could you please have a look at the file and tell me whether it's alright, 
before I commit it to the CVS?
