Hi, thanks for your contribution to iso-codes. I noticed that you updated the translations for Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey. However, they are the same as the English text (plain ASCII). I just wanted to know if this is intended, because all other translations in the Khmer file don't use plain ASCII but UTF-8 characters.
