Hi Kamaraju, this is the response from upstream:
Well, it *can* be fixed. Right now, you can check any *single* feed you want instead of the inbox, by using the atom feed address mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom/[label] So if a user was desperate, they could run another instance of checkgmail with a different profile that checked a particular label. That's not much of a solution, though. But if you look at the Todo list, and indeed the changelog, you'll see that I'm readying things for the ability to read labels. I just need a bit of time to work on it, and I also need to consider whether to swap the preferences file to an XML format, which would allow me to improve the label checking in the future. So it should be available soon. My aim is to eventually allow user-customisable delays for the different labels - so, for example, I could be informed of work emails every five minutes or so, but checkgmail emails only once a day! :) <<<<< Cheers, Sandro -- Sandro Tosi (aka Morpheus, matrixhasu) My (little) site: http://matrixhasu.altervista.org/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
