I noticed 3 issues with your patch:
- The patch contains a 'Debian number', ie '-1' while it shouldn't
have.
So instead of '0.4.41-3' use '0.4.41'
- Several changes just 'upgrade' the version number, which is
incorrect;
drop those lines/changes
- The new symbols are placed at the end while it's customary to place
them in their sorted position. IOW: insert them at the appropriate
place instead of adding them at the end
