The libgirepository1.0-dev binary package is deprecated and should be
phased out. I've done a mass-bug-filing asking reverse dependencies to
move away from it to one of its replacements (gobject-introspection,
libgirepository-1.0-dev and/or gir1.2-*-dev).
Please move it from libdevel to oldlibs, matching the information in its
debian/control.
