Bobcat >= 6.09 includes API changes that require an upstream update to multispeech. The current bobcat package is available in Debian experimental [1]. This is a tracking bug before we introduce the newer version of bobcat to Debian unstable. As per an exchange with the Release Team [2], the API-only change will not be handled as a transition.
