Bug#278393: dcd forward doesn't skip forward

Hi!

I've tried unsucessfully to reproduce the bug. Are you still
experimenting it? Have you tried doing the same with another player,
like 'cdplay +', maybe it is a problem with the hardware or the kernel
driver...
