Same if the cursor is a solid red block. Thus there is a feeling that we are not getting a fully fresh session. Worse than the last user not flushing the toilet at a public restroom, as the next user has no way of fixing the cursor before first logging in. Seen on getty 38400 tty1. Reassign to login or whatever package is the cause.
