Dear FTP Masters,

The last major update of ubuntu-packaging-guide happened in 2018, and the
guide received only minor updates since then. It did not reflect the latest
packaging practices, such as the introduction of git-ubuntu [1].

There is one more rewrite happening currently [2], but it seems to be not
finished yet, there is no stable release (tag), and the new authors did not
contact me about updating the Debian package. Also there are no translations
anymore, which makes some of binary packages obsolete / non-buildable.

And in general, I think it makes little sense to have Ubuntu Packaging Guide
as a Debian package, first because it is Ubuntu-specific, and second because
most users will read it online anyway (the popcon of the package is low).

Thus, please remove src:ubuntu-packaging-guide from Debian.
