Hello. I saw the thread for Bug 357025. I don't think
this issue is resolved yet. At least on my laptop it looks
like it isn't. I keep getting errors about problems renaming
wifi interface to eth0. All was fine in Debian stable
but surfaced when I moved to Debian testing and then unstable.

Here is the error I wrote down...

udevd-event[<some number here]: rename_net_if: error changing net
interface wlan0_temp to eth0 timeout

I tried :
rm -rf /etc/udev/rules.d/z45_persistent-net-generator.rules
/etc/udev/rules.d/z25_persistent-net.rules

but didn't fix on next reboot.

Any way to fix this? Any way I can help?

Chris
