For reference, apparently several packages are likewise affected, cf. the many failing autopkgtest listed at <https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=curl> and the corresponding bugs at <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?repeatmerged=no&src=curl>.
