I am aware. There were several, like maybe 20, packages in NEW and only this
was rejected, which led to the situation. An upload then wasn't warranted
because the ultimate thing this package was supposed to aid at the end was (and
is) blocked by something else. rust-cap-fs-ext was never in testing to begin
with, and it wasn't urgent either. If it somehow was, I'd still have kept it
out from trixie with an RC bug either way.
