byzanz's upstream git repository has been moved to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/byzanz and archived. This means that it no longer accepts issue reports or merge requests, even if a serious problem is found. If someone is still maintaining it, then they will need to fork the previous project and become its new upstream maintainer. There is one package in Debian that depends on it: deepin-screen-recorder. smcv
