Should it be dropped or changed?
btrfs-tools have been renamed to btrfs-progs but actually, there's no point anymore to have btrfs recommended at all. when ceph moved on from filestore to bluestore, the remaining underlaying FS of the OSDs is of no importance anymore and can't really be changed anyway.
I'll remove it in the next upload and/or the general cleanup with ceph 19 happening soon.
