Dear maintainer, I see that the package cconv (version 0.6.2-1.3) recommends iconv which is not in unstable. This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/cconv Perhaps the intention was to depend on "iconv" utility, which is in the package libc-bin in my system (perhaps time ago "iconv" was in a separate package, I don't know that).
