Hi,

This commit: 070b56b24b14ede21aaebd68b67c3a8670600d2f fixes those bugs.
How ever there is Splines test failing (not a test from the original list) in 
this commit which also gets fixed in some later commit.
The latest commit has all of the tests fixed.
