rust-utmp-classic fails to build because it has Build-Depends librust-zerocopy-0.7+default-dev but the current version of rust-zerocopy in Debian is 0.8. I tried a trivial patch to use 0.8 but the build failed so some work will be needed here. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
