I'm surprised, as a result of #1099717 [1]  I marked the test as flaky
precisely to avoid blocking systemd ..
so, flaky test failures are still considered RC by release team?

Ack, feel free to upload now without waiting for the delay; please also
push to master branch at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/runit
so that is easy for me to incorporate the NMU in other branches that
are targeted at experimental.
