The following command:

fails with this error message:
/usr/bin/debcraft: line 317: dpkg-parsechangelog: command not found
Line 317 is:
PACKAGE="$(dpkg-parsechangelog --show-field=source)"
dpkg-dev provides /usr/bin/dpkg-parsechangelog
Please have debcraft depend on dpkg-dev.
