One other important bit of information that I realized I didn't initially
mention: this bug only seems to occur when using the libreoffice-gtk3 VCL
plugin. This can be done either by removing libreoffice-kf6 and installing
libreoffice-gtk3, by installing libreoffice-gtk3 and using the environment
variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 (this overrides the KF6 plugin), or
by using the Flatpak (which uses GTK3 by default).

The reason I've been using the GTK3 VCL plugin is that the KF6 plugin has
another bug of its own and the LibreOffice maintainers suggested it as a
workaround: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152911#c60
