One other important bit of information that I realized I didn't initially mention: this bug only seems to occur when using the libreoffice-gtk3 VCL plugin. This can be done either by removing libreoffice-kf6 and installing libreoffice-gtk3, by installing libreoffice-gtk3 and using the environment variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 (this overrides the KF6 plugin), or by using the Flatpak (which uses GTK3 by default).
