No, that would not be nice. As somebody who has been on the
hostmaster, netmaster, postmaster and abuse alias of an ISP for years
I can say that automatically generated abuse mails are generally not
helpful as they can easily amount to a denial-of-service condition.

It is ok to have fail2ban prepare the messages to be _checked_ and
sent manually, but I would rather not see an automatism which will
actually send out the complaints.
