This work still need to clarify whether the whole package is licensed under GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later. As seem from https://salsa.debian.org/amin_modaresi/dualword-rt/-/blob/e2c05e7baf549836d5a7151962fc43da23a8880f/debian/copyright#L10 and https://salsa.debian.org/amin_modaresi/dualword-rt/-/blob/e2c05e7baf549836d5a7151962fc43da23a8880f/src/main.cpp#L9 , it seems that the work is under GPL-3.0-or-later. However, https://salsa.debian.org/amin_modaresi/dualword-rt/-/blob/e2c05e7baf549836d5a7151962fc43da23a8880f/README.md?plain=1#L4 only mentions GPL-3.0. Please consider fixing it. Thanks, Boyuan Yang
