different people chimed in on this bug report but we didn't hear back from you as the original reporter of this issue. Did you follow the things that were written here and do you think that this still represents your issue? The bug was forwarded to the amdgpu bug tracker at freedesktop.org, but your hardware isn't listed there as affected.
