The python3-idasen-ha binary package in testing works with the version of bleak in unstable, it is only the tests in the python-idasen-ha testing source package that fail. Given that Breaks specifies a relationship between binary packages a new version of bleak with 'Breaks: python3-idasen-ha' won't make any difference.
