Please remove the moreinfo tag when either:

  - The pre-approval was accepted, OR
  - The freeze is over, OR
  - The upload has been re-targeted to experimental

Given it is a key package and we are in the hard freeze, it would need an approval from the release team to migrate if uploaded to unstable. In this case, the changes are beyond what I can "gut feel" whether will be accepted by the RT. If you want this for trixie, please file an pre-approval unblock request against release.debian.org and have it assessed before we proceed with this upload (reportbug release.debian.org, pick "unblock" for the template and manually append ` (pre-approval)` to the subject). Alternatively, if you re-target the upload for experimental, then I am happy to upload the changes I skimmed in your git delta.
