Please unblock package packagesearch

[ Reason ]
Packagesearch recommends deborphan which was removed from trixie.

[ Impact ]
The versions 2.10 and 2.10.1 sole purpose was to fix the given
depenedency by completely removing the deborphan plugin from
packagesearch.

Installation of packagesearch will lead to a warning. Recommends is a
strong dependency, so I do not know, how non-commandline installation
tools deal with it, they might even prevent installation.
I believe it would be worth to unblock to have packagesearch with
consistent dependencies

[ Tests ]
Manual installation of package and test. Everything worked fine

[ Risks ]
Very low, the fix consisted of simply removing the deborphan plugin
directory and removing the few lines loading the plugin into the
main application.

[ Checklist ]
[ x ] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
  [ x ] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[ x ] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
