Manpage update for clamdscan, took a while to figure out how to force
this bitch to use STREAM mode scanning.

By the way it is just plain stupid to use CONTSCAN for remote servers, don't 
you think? [As the file most probably doesn't exist there.] 
Maybe upstream was too lazy to think about it. ;-) This could be changed,
too.
