Hi,

(filing this bug mostly to point to the MR already up)

Currently, there is no way to say on the command-line "please skip this
specific hook". The closest is -O myhook.skip=true but that only works
if the hook specifically implements support for this.

There is a MR adressing this by generalizing the approach at
